This leather brand was founded by Tomohiro Nakagaki, the founder of the company who aspired to be an artist, through his proprietary dyeing technology. Under the banner of "portable art," the brand has developed leather items, mainly wallets. Veratula, the synonymous series, hand-dyes its fine calfskin to create a beautiful, transparent sheen on supposedly opaque leather. The round zipper wallet has a Safiano leather interior that is less scratchy, and can hold about 50 bills and 12 cards.
